Gus and Natasha came down from Johannesburg to get married on the beach at the Salt Rock Hotel on Saturday 17 March 2012. It was such a beautiful setting to have a wedding and Natasha planned the decor to suit the beach theme, with a splash of vintage. She also told me that they made all the decor themselves and did all the setting up themselves, which is a massive job, well done guys!! The ceremony was held on the beach under some extremely windy conditions and i have to commend Gus and Natasha for the amazing way in which they handled the crazy weather. For the creative shoot we had to move off the beach and find some more sheltered places to shoot and we were really fortunate that there was quite alot to use in and around the hotel. We then moved into the tent for the reception where the couple celebrated with close friends and family. On Monday the 19th we also did a trash the dress shoot on the beach as they had their hearts set on beach photos, but the weather was just to severe on the actual wedding day, so i have also included a couple of those images on the blog. I hope you guys enjoy them..

You were very professional, and I'm just so impressed and amazed with your skills as despite the original plans for the wedding photo's that didn't work out due to the weather you immediately used your initiative and managed to find other even more impressive and interesting ways to do the shoots.
